Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on mmraja, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing the platform from the Republic of Indonesia or from a jurisdiction in which your use of the platform is not prohibited by law.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently hold, and have never previously held, a self-excluded or permanently banned account on mmraja.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mmraja or any of its affiliated entities.

mmraja reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds held in the account.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on mmraja. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the bank account details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. mmraja reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. mmraja will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify mmraja immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting mmraja customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered bank or e-wallet. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

mmraja applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to player security and responsible gaming. KYC verification may be required at any of the following stages:

• Before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• When cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds as determined internally by mmraja.
• When mmraja has reasonable cause to verify the identity, age, or source of funds of a player.
• Upon mmraja's request at any time during your use of the platform.

4.1 Documents Required

KYC documentation typically includes one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving License (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents showing date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or over.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your current residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photo or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used for deposits, confirming that the account belongs to you.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

mmraja accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and digital e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account dashboard. mmraja reserves the right to modify deposit limits without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited to your mmraja account within five (5) minutes of confirmed bank receipt during normal banking hours (08:00 – 22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are generally credited within two (2) minutes. Deposits made outside standard banking hours may experience delays of up to two (2) hours.

5.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the mmraja account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Standard withdrawal processing time is within thirty (30) minutes during operating hours, subject to completion of KYC verification where required.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

• You must have successfully completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount as displayed in your account dashboard.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement in full before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• mmraja reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation in cases where fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by mmraja are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these general terms for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated on the individual promotion page. mmraja does not apply hidden or undisclosed rollover conditions.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, togel draws, and slot games may carry different contribution percentages as specified in each promotion's terms. Games that are excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly identified in the promotion's terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

mmraja actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage); wagering bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or near-even-money outcomes to satisfy rollover requirements with minimal risk; and using automated software or bots to place wagers. Where bonus abuse is identified, mmraja reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the account.

6.5 Promotion Validity

All promotions are valid for the period stated in their individual terms. Bonus funds and free bets that remain unused or whose wagering requirements remain unsatisfied at the expiry of the promotional period will be automatically forfeited without further notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on mmraja are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are locked. mmraja reserves the right to void any bet where odds were published in error due to a manifest technical fault or pricing error.

7.2 Mix Parlay Bets

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. If one or more selections within a parlay are voided, the parlay is recalculated using the remaining valid selections. Minimum and maximum parlay limits are as displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, or other providers) in addition to these Terms. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the game result is determined by the outcome recorded on the game provider's server. mmraja is not liable for losses arising from player-side connection failures.

7.4 Togel Lottery

Togel draw results are sourced from the official draw results of the respective market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, or other markets as offered). mmraja reproduces official results and is not responsible for delays caused by the originating draw authority. All togel bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation or amendment is permitted after a bet is placed.

7.5 Slot Games & RNG

All slot and virtual games on mmraja use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently certified by recognized testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or account history. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

Responsible Gaming

mmraja is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary time-outs, and self-exclusion. Players who believe their gambling has become problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature immediately and to contact mmraja support for guidance. mmraja will not attempt to reverse or delay a self-exclusion request. All self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect no later than 48 hours from the time of request.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mmraja platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any script to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial profit.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mmraja staff or other players via any communication channel.

mmraja reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, and to forfeit all funds held in such an account where permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mmraja platform — including but not limited to the mmraja brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mmraja or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the mmraja platform without the prior written consent of mmraja. Any unauthorized use of mmraja intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mmraja's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your mmraja account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mmraja shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, force majeure events, or government-mandated service restrictions.
• Loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Inaccurate information you provided during registration or KYC.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by Indonesian bank systems, e-wallet providers, or other third-party payment intermediaries.

Nothing in these Terms limits mmraja's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of mmraja. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, mmraja encourages players to contact the customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

mmraja's customer support team will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavour to reach a resolution within fourteen (14) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter shall be referred to an independent adjudicator whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Amendments to These Terms

mmraja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mmraja will provide notice via the platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Clause 3.4. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made.
